ATTENTION REQUESTING PARTY:  Please note this negotiated fares program will not be automatically extended/ renewed upon its expiration.  Local management should forward a formal recommendation for renewal to manager - Pricing for review.  Please include program statistics, i.e., Delta revenue generated, passengers boarded, agency’s overall Delta revenue/market share, projections for future activity, competitive considerations, etc., which justify continuation of the program.

Travel is applicable on Delta Air Lines, Delta Shuttle or Delta Connection.   Delta code share flights are NOT permitted.  International published routings as follows:

RESERVATIONS & TICKET INFORMATION: 

  • Applicable routes - Round-trip or One Way travel valid on published International routings from Europe, The Middle East, India, Asia, Africa and Australia to the United States/Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America destinations served by Delta Air Lines  via the Pacific.  Round-trip or One Way travel valid on published International routings from Latin America, Caribbean to the United States/Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, Europe, The Middle East, Africa, India, The Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, Asia and Australia.  Round-trip or One Way travel valid on published International routings within Africa.  Round trip or One Way travel valid within Asia and between Asia and Micronesia.
  • Eligibility – Current IATA International Travel Agents originating travel outside of The United States/Alaska/Hawaii and Canada.  Must present a photo ID along with a valid IATA card upon check-in.
  • Companion Travel - One accompanying companion is permitted with each authorized Intl ADI75.  Agent and companion must travel together on all flight segments.
  • All travel must be via the routes of Delta Air Lines in which Delta publishes economy class through fares.
  • Valid carrier - Delta, Delta Shuttle & the Delta Connection Carriers (Excludes all other Delta designated code-share flights.)

Reservations / Ticketing –Reservations are not permitted any earlier than 90 days prior to departure.
When reservations are made at least 31 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 7 days after reservations are made, or when reservations are made at least 8 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 3 days after reservations are made, or when reservations are made at least 5 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 2 days after reservations are made, or ticketing must be completed within 1 day after reservations are made.    
Seats are capacity controlled and may not be available on all flights. 
Travel Agents must present a photo ID along with a valid IATA card upon check-in.

  • Blackout dates – None.  Exception:  Travel originating Asia/Interior Asia or Australia – Travel is NOT permitted 26DEC through 31DEC; 1JAN through 4JAN; 23APR through 3MAY; 23JUL through 15AUG.
  • Minimum/maximum stay - none.
  • SkyMiles - ticket will not accrue SkyMiles.
  • Refund - $100 ASC fee (subject to change) will apply if refund is requested after ticket is issued.
  • Changes - No restriction prior to ticketing.  After ticket is issued, changes are permitted without charge for First and Business Class discounted fares.  A $100 ASC fee (subject to change) will apply for to changes for economy discounted fares.  Any difference in fare resulting in an increase must be collected from the passenger.  No name changes.
  • Stopovers- One free stopover is permitted at US gateway of ATL, CVG, NYC, LAX, SFO, SEA, SLC, DTW, MSP or HNL.  One free stopover is also permitted at the Asia gateway of TYO.
  • Open Jaw - allowed.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Tickets must be purchased at a Delta Air Lines ticketing location or may be self-ticketed by Delta authorized Travel Agency.  Tickets must be validated for travel on Delta Air Lines, Inc where applicable.  Travel on carriers other than Delta must be ticketed separately. All travel is subject to Delta’s conditions of carriage.
  • Combinability:  May not be combined with or applied to other certificates/vouchers, promotions, special offers including but not limited to upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, around the world fares, travel industry discounts or any other unpublished program.
  • Delta reserves the right to revise terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.   Lower fares may be available in certain markets and customers should consult with Delta or their Travel Agent to determine the most economical fare for their itinerary.
  • Protection for flight irregularities will be on Delta only.
  • No commission may be claimed.
  • Dress Code:  Travel agent must abide by Delta’s free and reduced rate dress code, travel rules and regulations as stated in Delta’s Electronic Travel Agent Handbook.
  • Valid identification, as outlines in the Electronic Travel Agent Handbook, is required at all times while traveling on a reduced rate ticket.
  • Terms & conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be altered, modified or waived unless authorized by a corporate officer of Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Travel Agent Ticketing Instructions:

  • Travel agent must self-ticket using ticketing instructions as provided on the Online Agency Service Center, AD guidelines.
  • Failure to comply with these terms & conditions may result in loss of reduced rate and free travel privileges on Delta and could result in a debit memo for the full non-restrictive fare.
