Travel applicable on Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines, Delta Shuttle or Delta Connection  (excludes all other travel on Delta designated code share flights).  EXCEPTION:  Travel is permitted using NW operated, DL coded flights.  Travel valid on Delta/Northwest international published routings as follows:

  • The United States/Alaska/Hawaii and Canada to Europe, The Middle East, India, Africa, Asia, Micronesia, Australia,  Mexico, Caribbean and Latin America served by Delta Air Lines/Northwest Airlines.

Fare Classes and Discount  - 70% discount off of the following fare basis codes:

RESERVATIONS & TICKET INFORMATION:

  1. Applicable routes - Round-trip travel valid on published International routings from The United States/Alaska/Hawaii and Canada to Europe, The Middle East, India, Africa, Asia, Micronesia, Australia, Mexico, Caribbean and Latin America destinations served by Delta Air Lines/Northwest Airlines.
  2. Eligibility - Current IATA Travel Agents originating travel in The United States/Alaska/Hawaii, Canada.  Must present a photo ID along with a valid IATA card upon check-in.  EXCEPTION:  International Travel Agents that originate travel outside the United States/Canada but don’t have an International Delta through published fare from their origin to destination between The Caribbean and Europe/Africa/The MiddleEast/Asia/Miconesia/Australia may use this program from the United States to their International Destination.
  3. Companion Travel:  One accompanying companion is permitted with each authorized Intl ADI70.  Agent and companion must travel together on all flight segments.
  4. All travel must be via the routes of Delta Air Lines/Northwest Airlines in which Delta/Northwest publishes economy class through fares.
  5. Valid carrier - Delta, Northwest, Delta Shuttle & the Delta Connection Carriers (excludes all other Delta designated code-share flights except NW operated, DL coded flights).
  6. Travel dates - Valid for travel between 01JAN08-31DEC10. All Travel must be completed by DEC 31, 2010.Reservations / Ticketing - Reservations are not permitted any earlier than 90 days prior to departure.
    When reservations are made at least 31 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 7 days after reservations are made, or
    When reservations are made at least 8 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 3 days after reservations are made, or
    When reservations are made at least 5 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 2 days after reservations are made, or
    Ticketing must be completed within 1 day after reservations are made.  Seats are capacity controlled and may not be available on all flightsCurrent IATA Travel Agents working and originating travel in The United States/Alaska/Hawaii, Canada.  Must present a photo ID along with a valid IATA card upon check-in.
  7. Blackout dates - none.
  8. Minimum/maximum stay - none.
  9. SkyMiles - ticket will not accrue SkyMiles.
  10. Refund - $100 ASC fee (subject to change) will apply if refund is requested after ticket is issued.
  11. Changes - No restriction prior to ticketing.  After ticket is issued, changes are permitted without charge for First and Business Class discounted fares.  A $100 ASC fee (subject to change) will apply for to changes for economy discounted fares.  Any difference in fare resulting in an increase must be collected from the passenger.  No name changes.
  12. Stopovers- one free stopover is permitted at US gateway of ATL, CVG, NYC, LAX, SFO, SLC, DTW, MSP or HNLOne free stopover is also permitted at the Asia gateway of TYO.
  13. Open Jaw - allowed.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Tickets must be purchased at a Delta Air Lines ticketing location or may be self-ticketed by Delta authorized Travel Agency.  Tickets must be validated for travel on Delta Air Lines, Inc.  Travel on carriers other than Delta/Northwest must be ticketed separately. All travel is subject to Delta’s/Northwest’s conditions of carriage.
  2. Combinability:  May not be combined with or applied to other certificates/vouchers, promotions, special offers including but not limited to upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, around the world fares, travel industry discounts or any other unpublished program.
  3. Delta reserves the right to revise terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  4. Schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.   Lower fares may be available in certain markets and customers should consult with Delta or their Travel Agent to determine the most economical fare for their itinerary.
  5. Protection for flight irregularities will be on Delta only.
  6. No commission may be claimed.
  7. Dress Code:  Travel agent must abide by Delta’s free and reduced rate dress code, travel rules and regulations as stated in Delta’s Electronic Travel Agent Handbook.
  8. Valid identification, as outlines in the Electronic Travel Agent Handbook, is required at all times while traveling on a reduced rate ticket.
  9. Terms & conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be altered, modified or waived unless authorized by a corporate officer of Delta Air Lines, Inc.

Travel Agent Ticketing Instructions:

  1. Travel agent must self-ticket using ticketing instructions as provided on the Online Agency Service Center, AD guidelines.
  2. Failure to comply with these terms & conditions may result in loss of reduced rate and free travel privileges on Delta and could result in a debit memo for the full non-restrictive fare.
