Costa Rica is a playground where you can do lots of varied activities including: rafting, ziplining, biking, trekking, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, etc, etc. One of my favorite special moments I've planned for a couple was flying to a remote rainforest in Tortuguero National Park to help a couple on their low budget wedding by decorating the path to the altar in the rainforest myself with heart shaped palm leaves and dozens of paper bags with candle lights. Together the bride and I created a lovely bridal wreath with white orchids and the hotel staff help to decorate a jungle gondola with water lilies and a lotus torch in the middle and a local boatman rowed it with the bride sitting on the front all the way to the hotel’s deck where the groom was waiting. Some other special activities I can plan are private dinners by waterfalls, private Caribbean cooking classes, dozens of candles lighting your room when you return from dinner with a hot Jacuzzi ready to end the evening in complete relaxation, a couples massage with one of the best views of the Pacific Ocean, an active outdoor experience with a gourmet picnic in the cloud forest, these are just some ideas that can create memories that will last a lifetime.
